Safety measures when working with a horse in and out of a stable. Horses and the necessary equipment for the care and use of them are assigned to each employee personally.
Treat the horse calmly and affectionately
When approaching a horse or entering a stall, you must call her. Rough shouts, upsetting and sharp turns of the animal should not be allowed. It is strictly forbidden to tease horses.
Serving obstinate and nervous horses should only be entrusted to experienced and most qualified grooms. Stud stallions must be kept in separate stalls. When the groom leaves the stall, the door must be locked with a latch or hook.
It is better to make partitions in stalls solid from boards 5-6 cm thick, 1.2-1.3 m high, and above it, equip the stall with gratings. The windows are arranged at a height of 2 m, and inside they are closed with a metal lattice made of strong wire. The front wall of the stall is made with a solid door 1-1.2 m wide. The wall between the stalls should be 1.5 m high from solid boards, and the upper part from iron rods.
During the period of the horse breeding campaign, for the withdrawal of stud stallions from the premises, it is necessary to have strong reins with carabiners, halters and bridles with simple bits on the farm.

Restless stallions should be kept in stalls located at the end of the stable; such animals are counted and bred separately when the rest of the horses are in stalls and the stable corridor is free.
Horses should be cleaned tied up, and obstinate ones should be kept at roundabouts. When cleaning, the groom should not use harsh tactics that disturb the horse. The scrubber is used only for cleaning the dandruff brush. When feeding a restless horse or having a bad habit of grabbing a person, feed should be distributed from the corridor to a specially adapted feeder.
When taking a horse out of a stall or entering it, the door must be completely open, and the doors of adjacent price tags must be closed, and there must be no unauthorized persons near the stall. It is prohibited to congregate or lead horses in or near corridors and doors.
When entering a horse into a stall, the bridle or halter can be removed from it only after the horse enters the stall and turns its head towards the door. When leaving the stall, you should immediately lock it.

Stallions, young animals and obstinate horses are taken out of the room on special bridles and hatcher bars at least 2 m long.
Horses traveling from the stables for lap work and back to the stables must be accompanied by a trainer. You cannot take mares and stallions out for a walk at the same time. When driving horses one after another, there must be a distance of at least 5 m (2 bodies).
The felling of the horse is carried out only on a level place, free of foreign objects, under the guidance of a veterinarian. When working with a knocked-down horse, people should be on the side of the horse's back. The felling rope must not be tied with a dead knot.
